Is this therapy?
No, this is not therapy. This coaching with grief-aware, trauma informed practices. If you need clinical therapy or crisis support, I’ll help connect you to a licensed clinician.
I’m not ready to leave my house. Will coaching help?
Yes. Many beginning steps are done from home (grounding, phone check-ins, small new routines ). We only move outward when you feel safe.
How long until I feel better?
Everyone’s timeline is different. Small improvements often appear in weeks; meaningful change commonly happens over months with consistent small steps.
