Step 2: Emotional Regulation and Processing
Developing skills to navigate overwhelming emotions and grief bursts while processing the full emotional impact of the loss.
Step 3: Addressing Complicated Aspects
Working through traumatic circumstances, complicated grief factors, and challenging aspects of the loss experience. Referral to licensed therapists will be provided as needed.
