Hi, I’m Molly.
I’m a certified grief coach based in Boise, Idaho. I created this workbook because when I was watching someone I loved leave, before they were actually gone - I couldn’t find resources that named what I was going through. So I built them. Anticipatory grief is real. It deserves attention, language, and care. This is my small offering.
