Every talk is shaped to your audience and setting. Here are the most common formats — mix and match to fit your day.
20–30 minutes
Short keynote or in-service
Ideal for staff meetings, huddles, in-services, and conference breakouts. One clear teaching arc, two or three practical language shifts, room for questions.
60 minutes
Signature talk
The most-requested format. A full teaching arc with case examples, one or two small practices, and time for a real Q&A. Fits most staff development, community events, and conference sessions.
Half-day (3 hrs)
Workshop or training
Deeper practice, group work, and handouts your team can take back to the floor. Best for retreat days, in-service intensives, or annual staff development.
Custom
Series, retreats, and mixed-format days
Multi-session series for staff development, family-caregiver support cohorts, or community programs. If you have an idea, tell me what you’re building — I’ll shape it to fit.
Delivery

Audience size
From small breakout groups of 10 to keynotes for 300. Half-day workshops work best at 30 or fewer.
