Myths About How We Grieve- A Group Discussion
What to Expect:
We live in a society that doesn’t understand or appropriately support grief. The “shoulds” and the “shouldn’ts” are almost never accurate or helpful. All that does is make you feel confused, ashamed that your grieving “wrong”, and unable to fully be seen and understood for the EXACTLY what you are going through and what you actually need. In this discussion, we cover the myths you often hear and what the kinder truths actually are. We discuss ways to find the support you need and practices that help you through the fog, hurt, and pain. Everyone is welcome, whether you are the person grieving, or you are someone who wants to know how to support a loved one or friend who is grieving.
❋ Intentional Structure
We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Collaborative Energy
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Led by Molly Zola, an experienced and certified Grief and Bereavement Coach. Molly knows how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.
❋ A Supportive Space
Comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process, is the priority.
